It is about Jim Henson, the internationally known creative genius whose work encompassed film, television, and puppetry, made elaborate imaginary worlds filled with unique characters, objects, and environments. The enhanced exhibition will feature  an array of programs, talks, and performances, including special screenings, personal appearances by members of  Henson’s family and his close collaborators, and education programs for visitors of all ages.
When: July 16 2011 - January 16, 2012

I actually went to this exhibit when I was down in Washington, DC a few years ago. It was a wonderful experience with lots to see and do. It definitely drummed up my childhood memories, seeing all the characters I grew up watching on TV, now displayed right in front of me. It is a wonderful exhibit and I encourage you to check it out.
