What: Returning for the eighth year in a row, Freeze-Tag on Wall Street makes a stupendous return, post-Sandy. We're going to take it back to elementary school and play freeze-tag. Once again, our favorite schoolyard games in the heart of the Financial District will be re-enacted for all to join. Freeze-Tag, Blob-Tag, Wolf Sheep Rock, Red Rover and more will be taught to those who forgot their childhood, We'll see you on Wall Street!
