Queens Beer Festival #QueensBeerFest

What: The Borough's first annual Queens Beer Festival kicks off on October 15th. Eat, drink, and sip from every Queens-based brewery, along with a curated selection of brews from Brooklyn, Long Island, and Staten Island. LIC Flea & Food hosts the festivities. Come one, come all, grab tickets, and invite friends.

Raptor Fest

What: Experience the thrill of viewing New York's premier predators live and up close.
Join NYC Parks at the annual Raptor Fest hosted by the Urban Park Rangers. The event is free to the public and will include live demonstrations, a raptor viewing area, and education/activity tables. Activities are provided by the Urban Park Rangers; live flying demonstrations by Skyhunters in Flight, and static animal displays by Wildlife in Need of Rescue and Rehabilitation.

This event is a great way for kids to learn about birds of prey, get up close and personal with them, and watch them perform amazing aerial feats. There will be at least a dozen different of birds on display, including falcons, hawks, and owls.

SoHo Pop-Up: KITH x Cap'N Crunch

What: This Saturday, Kith and Cap'n Crunch opens doors to pop-up shops in New York and Miami. We will also be releasing our new cereal flavor - Cap'n Kith - in addition to an apparel and accessories collection. This collection includes tees, hoodies, New Era caps, a robe, and more.

Customers will have the opportunity to purchase a very limited, individually numbered to 500, supermarket-sized Cap'n Kith cereal box, which is filled a gold mylar bag of our custom combination - Cap'n Crunch, Chocolatey Crunch, and mini marshmallow bites. We will also be serving our classic Kith Treats sneaker cereal box, but in all-new Cap'n Kith graphics.

Neighborhood Concert: Ryan Thorn, Baritone Andrew Sun, Piano

What: Ryan Thorn’s “commanding baritone” (Stage and Cinema) makes him ideal for a wide range of operatic roles. Thorn attended Music Academy of the West in 2015, and performed in Rossini’s L’italiana in Algeri, Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, and Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd as a member of Portland Opera’s resident artist program. Thorn partners with collaborative pianist Andrew Sun, a Music Academy of the West fellow and Manhattan School of Music staff member.

What: Our flagship event brings 50+ of NYC's best pizzerias under one roof for a night of $1 slices, drinks, snacks, and raffle tickets. All proceeds support NYC hunger relief programs. Visitors may purchase multiple $1 slice tickets at the door, each of which is good for a slice, drink, dessert, or raffle.
