Infinity Rooms: A Free and Fun Gallery Exhibit In Chelsea

What: This playful exhibition at the David Zwirner Gallery in Chelsea features two unique infinity rooms, a bunch of paintings and a video installation. The exhibit includes 27 large-scale colorful paintings, but the stars of the show are two mirrored infinity rooms, one with twinkling star-like lights and the other filled with playful polka-dotted tentacles.
There are separate lines for each of the three galleries, so if you want to see both infinity rooms, you'll need to wait on one line and then another. As you enter, you're told to leave any large bags outside the exhibit and that you only have one minute in the gallery. Also, there are never any lines to see the paintings, which are in the middle gallery.
