Provide not only a platform for filmmakers and artists to showcase their work, but also a place where people can come to experience thought-provoking film, art and music.
Contribute to the artistic development of the Bushwick community.
Connect like minded companies to people that will appreciate their message.
Help nurture the film, music and art world by actively engaging in the dialogue and contributing where we can.
Give back to the community and to the world. We host a variety of community led events including a youth basketball tournament. We also donate a percentage of our profits to a non-profit organization that positively impacts the international community.
WHY DO WE HAVE THE FILM FESTIVAL?
We love art and as we ourselves are artists, the festival helps us put our love into practice. We love the neighborhood as well. Bushwick is a home to artists and art enthusiasts, who appreciate what we do. By bringing people to the neighborhood, we help local businesses and shops. We also help outside businesses to reach their marketing goals by opening up a thriving market to them. The event is easily accessible to the people who don't have time or funds to venture far to experience great film and art. We believe in diversity. We are very unique in many ways. So we help keep the industry diverse and balanced.
WHAT WILL EACH EVENING LOOK LIKE?
Each festival night is loaded with great activities including films, panel discussions and live performances.
