March 1-9 – Cheese and Meat, including artisanal-made American salamis.
March 10-16 – Cheese and Booze, including whisky, beer and “boozycheeses” for St. Patrick’s Day.
March 17-23 – Cooking with Cheese, with a focus on Murray’s new prepared foods, and on Italian items.
March 24-31 – Easter & Passover, with the focus on cheese that people normally “pass over” and snacks such as honey and Parmigiano.
