Tonight: Sonny Knight & The Lakers The Rhythm Revue With Felix Hernandez Dance Lesson by Waffle Crew

What: Felix Hernandez, his iconic Saturday radio show The Rhythm Revue, and his epic dance parties of the same name, are legendary in the classic soul and R&B scene. For decades he packed the mammoth dance floor at Roseland Ballroom with his unique blend of funk, classic soul, and disco; and at Brooklyn Bridge Park we’ll be counting on you for a mammoth Electric Slide when he hits the turntables. We’ll close the show with a thunderous live set by Sonny Knight & the Lakers, “one of the best and most powerful vocalists to emerge on the retro-soul scene.”(Allmusic.com). Everyone's favorite NYC dance troupe, the W.A.F.F.L.E. Crew, will be on hand to warm up the dance floor and teach you some classic moves.
