What: The Eater Young Guns Summit is a one-day event focused on driving the conversation around the future of restaurant culture. Featuring trailblazing young talent and established players of the food and drink world, the summit will have panels, intimate breakout discussions, hands-on workshops, chef demos and tastings, and more.
