Instead of throwing the top of your soda bottle or shampoo container away - bring it to the Aveda Institute!
They accept caps that are rigid in plastic (sometimes noted with a "5"
in the recycling arrows symbol) and repurpose these them into bottles.
Caps accepted include: shampoo, beverage bottles, pharmaceutical
lids, flip-top caps on tubes and food products (think ketchup, laundry
detergents and peanut butter). Click here for the list of what they do and don't accept.
