Paper Jam Small Press Festival

What: Get high on zines at this small press festival hosted by Silent Barn. A twice-annual event, Paper Jam brings together a variety of local up-and-coming small press artists for a day-long event that lets you browse, schmooze and rock out to music after the sun sets. Among the exhibitors you'll find Paper Rocket Mini Comics, Alabaster, Leah Wishnia and KATBUS & Comics Workbook. As for the bands, scheduled to perform are Celestial Shore, Cloud Becomes Your Hand, Aye Aye Rabbit and more. The Paper Jam festivities before the bands take to the stage are free, but if you stick around for the evening's entertainment there is a minimal fee.
